Remote Work Diagnostics
Our Approach
Effective remote working practices are increasingly central to civil service effectiveness, particularly since the Covid-19 pandemic. Through surveys of public servants and the analyses of administrative records, we help governments identify how to make remote working in government more effective

Spotlight on Colombia
With the Government of Colombia and the World Bank, we conducted a national survey of public servants on remote work practices during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results help shape better remote work practices in government during the pandemic and the development of post-pandemic remote work policies.
